TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced issues while attempting to make a payment on the Thai eVisa site, encountering a logout followed by a payment failure. Community responses suggest that using a debit card may cause problems; instead, a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is recommended. Others mentioned similar difficulties and the importance of ensuring that the card is set up for international payments and is not blocked by the user's bank.

I reckon you need to use a "real" credit card, not a "debit card". so it's either Visacard or Mastercard. And you need to have payments in Asia (and elsewhere, it depends) unlocked prior for this card to work

My debit card is always causing me trouble (not even accepted in Thailand) when I had problems in the UK, all I have to do is phone the helpline and after only 45 minutes I get to speak to someone in India I can't even understand...simple!
