Do I need to go to immigration for an address report after registering online with my girlfriend's address?

I moved into my girlfriend's house and she registered me staying there, online, so I have this screenshot.

Do I still need to go do an address report in person at immigration too?

And does this start a new period for my 90 day report or do I do the report 90 days from my last one?

You don't need to report in person. This is your report. Save this screenshot and print it if you need it for an extension in the future.

TM30 doesn't affect your 90 day report so you'll still need to do that as regularly scheduled. But you need to make sure when you do your next 90 day report you use the same address as the TM30 you just filed.
