I was hoping to do some online bank stuff with a bank from back home. I use surfshark and my bank was not impressed. Do I need a higher grade vpn? Or to run two of them or? How do you guys deal with this stuff?

Input my debit card info and 1st try the e visa site logged me out, then I logged in again and try payment 2nd time and got a payment failure as shown in snapshot. Anyone knows what is going on?

One requirement for any long term VISA seems to be a bank account. I understand this can be difficult, and different banks and branches, depending on location, may impose different requirements. To anyone who has recently opened one, what are some things they are requiring now? Which bank was it? Are there any banks I should avoid completely? Thanks everyone!!
