Yes I did! They are exacting in their requirements. Once in the past I failed to notice that passport I had for Canada at the time was missing my middle name and failing to notice that I put it on the visa application and they rejected it. That cost me 2 weeks and the 40 dollar fee because I had to re-submit without my middle name in the application.

I registered my wife and her house (uploading pictures of house document, her passport and pics of house) and every trip I will log in and file the "TM30" online. Be warned, this website may be the worst site in the world, however you might be able to figure things out and register when you visit there without filing paperwork or standing in line somewhere.
I have used them extensively and never had an issue. I never did pay much attention to the Agoda cash so I can't speak to that. I have saved 1000's of baht over the last 3 or 4 years using them.
Ronald Jackson it was not an extension but the standard 30 day exemption stamp. My goal was not to stay longer in Thailand, I left 2 days later. I stayed in the old quarter at the Hanoain Central Hotel and Spa. Great location if you like the old down town area. Staff was excellent and price was good (booked via Agoda).
I entered on 60 day Tourist Visa July 1st this year. Airplane trip to Vietnam last week of August departing BKK to Hanoi. Received 30 day exemption stamp upon return from Vietnam to Bangkok 6 days later (air).
