TLDR : Answer Summary
The latest NOTAM from the Thai government's Ministry of Public Health outlines several COVID-19 requirements for international passengers, including vaccination proof for those aged 18 and older and health insurance for travelers from certain countries. Exemptions apply for Thai passport holders, transit passengers, and specific officials. Airlines are responsible for checking compliance with these regulations.
