I’ve downloaded the ISSA app today since they claim to offer a money-back guarantee and handle all the document checks for the DTV visa. Before I go ahead with everything, I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with them?

A couple of things I’m unsure about:

1️⃣ They keep requesting an employment statement from an employer. We’re self-employed and our company is registered in Dubai. Has anyone in a similar situation gone through this?

→ Which documents did you provide?

→ Did you create an employment contract for yourself, or how did you handle it?

2️⃣ I know I can search in the group, but the information is sometimes outdated or conflicting. So I’d love some recent first-hand feedback:

Has anyone recently applied for the DTV in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi and where did the process go faster for you?

I’ve seen mixed opinions — sometimes people say HCMC is slower now, others say Hanoi has longer waits. So if anyone here has current insights or a recent timeline, it would be super helpful 🙏

he does not know how to print the TM30 form. He filled it when I checked in but it seems like the system is not letting him download.

it says that "check in date can only be selected unto past 7 days". Anyone know about this?

Hello everyone...Im applying for DTV from US(Florida). I have all required documents based on Royal Thia site. Besides a cover letter are there any additional documents I should include?

am i able to just transfer 15k USD from stocks to savings and let it sit for 3 months and that will do for my DTV proof of funds?

I would like to clarify the bank balance requirement for the DTV visa application. Do I need to show that during the past three to six months I consistently maintained a balance of over 500,000 THB?

At the moment I have a higher amount in my current account, but in previous months the balance was lower because I invest my funds and do not keep large amounts in the bank on a regular basis.

Could this situation affect the approval of my application?

I replayed for dtv visa yesterday from Norway. And in evry spot where I could set in files it was max 3 mb. So hard to send all the information. And they did not ask for passport stamp and the pages, felt that was pretty weard, how can they know im im Norway when I applay

Re entered back to Thailand with work permit. But I have a flight tomorrow again to another country.

My work permit cancelled before, still they gave me until end of my visa. Will I have any problem if I leave Thailand tomorrow? Thanks indeed.

hi everybody,

for marriage visa there is " under consideration " for 21 days at bangkok division 1 cheng wattena.

want to ask , can i get a re-entry permit and leave and come back before the 21 days or do i need to stay at bangkok during the " under consideration " period and wait for them to do a house visit ?

or i need to ask the immigration officer and let them know my tavel plan during the under consideration period ?

I’m trying to get my head around all of the different types of visas available and which one would best suit me? In all of the discussions, on this forum, I haven’t read anything about the Thai Elite Visa.

Qualification appears quite simple?

Or, am I missing something?

What are the qualifications for Thailand Elite Membership?

The applicants must meet and maintain the following qualifications:

Holder of a foreign passport

Being allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with the immigration laws, which means the applicant has no overstay record in Thailand

No age limit is required for this program.

Not having been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any country except for an offense committed to negligence

Not having been adjudicated bankrupt

Not having been declared as a person of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasi-incompetence
