TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses whether the Thai Embassy in the UK accepts bank statements from Revolut for Digital Nomad Visas (DTV). Several comments confirm that Revolut statements have been used previously for DTV approvals, but caution that the financial scrutiny of applications has increased. It's advised to check directly with the embassy due to varying acceptance policies, and alternative suggestions like opening a Monzo account are suggested for applicants potentially facing rejections.

Revolut if it's in the UK should be ok, outside I've known rejections, if you can just spring up a Monzo account (takes like one day to set up after id verification) and put it in there (if they don't care about how long you've had the 500k that is)

Can I ask what reasons will they reject a Revolut bank statement?
Adam *******
Revolut is a authorised UK bank, you'll be fine.

Because it is an ‘online’ bank.

Yes, I have applied for clients many applications at thai consulate in UK.

They have been used in the past for DTV approvals. You should double check with the embassy as embassies have upped financial scrutiny of applications.
