Looking to get a DTV remote work visa at Vietnam Hanoi. What documents do I need to prove remote work? Are there any additional things I need to provide besides employment contract.

I have a DTV . Am considering studying a Thai Language Course. Would I need to change my DTV to Educational Visa, if I was too?

Hello,

I am thinking about applying for a DTV (workation) in Taipei.

I transferred 500,000 THB to my bank account on August 21 and would like to apply around October 21.

I know that it is recommended to keep the funds for at least 3 months, but my tourist visa is about to expire.

Has anyone had experience in Taipei applying with the money kept for only 1–2 months, and was it accepted?

📌 Question about applying for the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa)

Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for some advice 🙏

I hold a French passport and I’m planning to apply for Thailand’s DTV Digital Nomad Visa.

I’m not sure about one thing:

👉 Do I need to apply only in my nationality country (France)?

👉 Or can I also apply in a country where I hold a long-term resident permit?

👉 Or is it possible to apply at any Thai Embassy/Consulate worldwide?

If anyone here has personal experience with this, I’d really appreciate your insights. Thank you so much!

I’d love to share some great news:

My daughter and I have successfully received our DTV visas!

There were a few additional document requests along the way, and I truly believe that without the support of a professional agency, our applications might have been rejected.

I’m so happy and incredibly grateful for their help!🥰😃

Hi everyone!

I got my DTV Visa (Muay thai) approved yesterday in Hanoi. I applied on Saturday, so the approval took in total 3 business days! ☺️ they did not ask for additional documents.

I would be happy to help if some of you have questions regarding the process!

Also, do you guys think I need to print the visa before going back to Thailand? Or am I ok with the pdf document on my phone?

Hello, quick question about the funds needed for the DTV. Can the money be in a Thai Bank Account?

Hi everyone,

I want to briefly share my situation and ask for genuine feedback from people who have been in a similar case (please, no life advice or lectures 🙏).

Recently, I was denied entry to Thailand at the airport because I had done 3 border runs. One month later, my DTV application was rejected without explanation, even though I met the official criteria.

I still have important matters and all my belongings in Thailand, so I’m considering the following:

* Using a VIP service to re-enter on visa exemption (I hold a Spanish passport).

* Once inside, applying for an ED visa to gain more stability, attending classes every week.

How viable is this path in practice (VIP → ED)?

Do you recommend going straight for ED once inside, or any other legal option to stabilize my situation?

Thanks in advance for any genuine feedback based on real experiences.
