Hi guys. Im of Indonesian nationality & having flexibility for 90days Visa to Thailand. Im thinking of moving there for a while; what would be the easiest way to obtain long time visa; Should I get a job in BKK first or Enlist in a faculty that would give automatic study visa for foreigners. Any advice?

DTV application

Hi everyone! For those who applied from their home country, do embassies contact companies to ask if you are allowed to work remotely from Thailand? Thanks

Hello all,

I recently entered Thailand on a 1 year Non-Ed visa, however my visa was valid a month earlier than my course start date therefore will be expired a month before my course is finished, my question is will I be able to leave the country and reenter on a 30 day tourist visa at the end of the visa year?

Thanks in advance!

I searched through the "passive income" bar for the LTR visa and I was never able to ascertain if a U.S pension, social security and 401K monthly payment to reach the 80K yearly threshold an approved way to meet the criteria to get approved.

I have a non OA multiple entry Visa ( valid until 31/3/2025 )

I am leaving Thailand next week and plan to return in 2 months.

My understanding is that I do not require

a re - entry permit , so my question is, when I return I just need to show my original Visa approval document, or does the immigration data base show that I have a multi entry visa ?

Thanks

I called an agent yesterday to assist with the DTV Visa. I told them we were both over 50 both with internet jobs. They told me not to go with the DTV visa to go with the retirement Visa. They said it would be cheaper for us. What do you all think about it. We want to retire there. Thanks for your input. Have a great evening

TM30 question.

I arrived in Thailand weeks ago.

Been staying with friends (Thai locals) who own their own domestic property here.

Will be staying for another month or so.

I was unaware of the TM30 protocol.

Have just raised it with them and they said they "forgot", as they do not make a habit of accommodating foreign guests (they are also not very good at following government edicts unless they have no other options, I have come to realise).

I don't need any hassles infringing upon my holiday and don't want them to have problems, either.

Can we attend at the local immigration office and say I am staying with these friends from now or will I be interrogated to show (prove) where I've been living since my arrival date?

I did spend a few days at a hotel in Bangkok a couple of weeks ago but the rest of my time has been spent here.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

DTV approved.

Danish citizen so applied through the E visa system Copenhagen.

Pretty simple and just submitted what was in the form:

Remote work.

Applied and paid the fee last Monday.

Work contract (Taiwan employment).

For the 500,000 i just took a screenshot of my account with current status.

As expected they asked for further documentation as my contract does not mention remote work, so a follow up document from my line manager sorted it out apparently.

Good luck out there

Hi, the information I have seen so far is that Malaysia is more strict and cannot even use electronic statements. It must be a physical seal. I heard that Cambodia will wait for more than a week? Would the embassy in Hanoi be better? Six months of statements are necessary, right? Proof of deposit is not enough. Thanks
