I have a couple of questions about Visas....

I had an 6 month multi visa which expired February 16th....

I am in Laos since February 14th and my return flight to Bangkok is on February 29th.

My return flight back home to Canada is on May 14th from Bangkok.... Return Ticket.

Will I only get 30 day Visa????

(When I landed in Bangkok on February 29th...)

Can I get an extension before 30 days is expired.....

I am planning a trip to Bali towards the end of March.... if only 30 day Visa is given....

Or if I can do an extension and get 60 day Visa then my Bali trip can moved to Late April.

Then have about less than 2 weeks in Thailand in May...

Any help as it seems Visas keep changing or too much information.

Ok, so I have a complicated question. I have recently learned that Mexican citizens can only get 15 days in Thailand and that can only be extended by 7 days. My wife is Mexican, and I am American. She does not have a visa for the USA. I am an ESL teacher with a NonB (work permit) I was wondering if my wife will be able to stay under my NonB visa/WP or will it depend on her passport and not her marital status?

My flight arrives at BKK and by the time I get through customs, it'll be about 11pm. Are there likely to be anywhere open to change money into Baht at the airport to pay for a taxi? Cheers.

I applied for and received a 90-day non-immigrant O retirement visa from the NY consulate. The visa is valid until May 18, 2024.

I plan to travel to Thailand in April but only for 5 weeks until May 6, 2024. Will that be sufficient time to apply for a one year extension?

What will I need to accomplish this? I do not yet have a Thai bank account.

Thanks.

Hi I be coming to HUa Hin the first time and I plan To stay 2 month first .now I am already close to two month in BKK . I came in with an 30 days free visa . Two days after I enter TH I finally received my 60 tourist visa . So I flew out after 30 day and re -enter with the 60 days visa . This visa will expire April 2 . Now can I extend this visa for another 30 days by paying the 1900 th ? Or I need to go to another country and come back to get the 30 day stamp . And if yes where in Hua Hin do I have to do that ? As this will be my first stay in Hua Hin I have those two questions and need your advice. Thank you ( no need for any sarcastic answer let’s stay professional , thanks )

I am planning on retiring to Thailand in May. I had planned on starting with the 6 month Multiple Entry visa . And if my current relationship remains as it has been ,apply for a marriage visa . Can the application be started while in Thailand ? Is the multiple entry visa a correct choice prior to marriage visa or would a different visa be better ? Thanks
