Did anyone have a contact for fix a washing machine as my landlord won’t do a thing about it. The machine is leaking like hell.

Sometimes if I take my electric bill to 711 the day it arrives they are unable to get the system to recognise it. So I will go back in a couple days and it's fine. This time it didn't work for several days and was very high (over 6k- we had a house full of guests for 6 weeks) but when I tried one last time before going into the office it worked- but it brought up TWO bills. I chose the one that reflected my paper copy. Is the other one the next bill and it hasn't been printed yet maybe?
