Get a certified translation. I used Othello online. Make an appointment at the MFA Legalisation office at Central World. They take 3 days to certify it, but the service is very thorough and professional. It costs 400 bahts for regular service or 800 for rush, same day.

thanks! I had to go to the bank in order to use the app because I hadn't done the new digital ID verification. I tried using my Google Pixel 8 Pro phone but it never worked. So I tried my Huawei P20 Pro (4 years old), and it worked first time - go figure. Now I can use the app and am able to access the statements and other features. It's perfect. Thanks so much!

And it's amazing that their online website can only produce copies of the past six months of statements- nothing in my case prior to Feb. 27, 2025.

- I think that's for a Non-O visa and its 800K deposit requirement. In my case I have a Non-OA and use the monthly transfer method and have the required insurance. An agent could not help me except potentially get Immigration to accept the bank books in lieu of 12 months of statements. I will first get the statements from Bangkok Bank and hope that works.
