I hope you have a legalized will outlining what happens if she pre-deceases you, otherwise the house defaults to her Thai family.

I have used the one recommended on the Suvarnaphumi website several times and it worked fine. During the pandemic they did not provide the golf cart transport to the Fast Track immigration line, but maybe they do no.

There is only one way to get the FBI police check. State offices and sheriffs offices not not work. Google it and see how it works. You have to make an appointment at a Mailboxes/private postal office and get finger printed in person. They transmit it securely to the FBI database and you get a certified copy back in 48 hours

Get a certified translation. I used Othello online. Make an appointment at the MFA Legalisation office at Central World. They take 3 days to certify it, but the service is very thorough and professional. It costs 400 bahts for regular service or 800 for rush, same day.

thanks! I had to go to the bank in order to use the app because I hadn't done the new digital ID verification. I tried using my Google Pixel 8 Pro phone but it never worked. So I tried my Huawei P20 Pro (4 years old), and it worked first time - go figure. Now I can use the app and am able to access the statements and other features. It's perfect. Thanks so much!
