Hi all. Recently moved from condo in Hua Hin to our own house in Bangsaphan. My 90 day reporting is due in a few days. Through choice my Thai wife's name is on ownership of the house. What do I need to do to change address for the reporting please? Thanks in advance.

Would like to extend my thanks to the group . I am mainly a reader of postings and really not a poster but after reading so much on the banking issue I thought I'll post about my experience today in opening a account with KBank in prachuap khiri khan.

I mainly went there for info on what they required in way of documents to open account. Had a lady greet me when I entered the bank told her I was looking at opening a account. From there she took charge luckily I had the required documents on me.

Within a half hour walk out with new account, card and passbook supplied and with online banking setup in there app .

I had my thai girlfriend with me that help in translation which proved to be very helpful

Overall couldn't of asked for better service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bank account

I am trying to do an Evisa application and Hua Hin is not on the list of Cities when you get to the Accommodation Type section.

Has anyone else had this problem or is there a work around?

Hello the community. I'm french nationality and plan to come in Thailand to claim a retirement extension to a non-immigrant O visa. I'm married with a thai spouse since 30 years. We live in Prachuap Khiri Khan. I'm actually in France and coming in Thailand next month. I need some explanation about the procedure to claim an extension retirement to non-immigrant visa O (not OA). I've seen your diagram explaining how to do but I need some more details. Coming in Thailand with a visa exemption 30 days, may I apply a non-immigrant visa leading to 1 year extension retirement at the immigration (Hua-Hin) ? I believe that it will be a non-immigrant O visa. Am I right ? I'm maybe confused with O (inside Thailand) and OA visa (out of Thailand). Thanks for all your advices.

Non O based on retirement issued at Lopburi Immigration and permission to stay based on monthly remittance renewed there multiple times.

I am intending to move to Hua Hin area (although possibly within range of Prachuap KhiriKhan Immigration). Rented accomodation.

I won't be living with family there. What documents do I need to register my presence and update my 90 day renewals with the new Immigration Office?

(My expectation is Rental Agreement plus Yellow House Book plus the landlord providing a TM30, but prepared to be surprised..........)

My 90 DR is due 9th December. I presently live in BKK but will be moving to Prachuap Khiri Khan next week. Will I be able to do it there after moving, or is it better to do it here? I ask because the thought of going to CW is not appealing. Thanks

Has anyone done a visa run at the Mynamar border south of Pratchuap?

I am staying in Prachuap Khiri Khan. Where would be the best place to obtain a Visa Exempt once my 60 day Tourist Visa expires ? Thank you.
