Hi all,

Quick question about Immigration at suvarnabhumi airport. I will be flying to Bangkok tomorrow via Business class. Are there any fast tracks or priority lanes at the Immigration? Do you have to book access for the priority lane in advance or is it included for business class tickets?

Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, there are fast tracks and priority lanes at Suvarnabhumi Airport for business class passengers. Upon arrival, you should look for the signs indicating the priority lane towards the right as you approach the immigration area. It is important to inform the staff that you are traveling in business class, as they might redirect you otherwise. However, keep in mind that business class does not qualify for the independent fast track area. Ensure you retain your boarding pass for verification. Overall, while fast track can expedite your process, immigration checks remain standard.

Fast track service does not mean to go through without immigration. Immigration checks the same as normal. But fast track is just fast to immigration.

I use fast tack due to my age. It's also for families with small children. I don't think your class of travel qualifies you, I may be wrong but good luck you will find out soon enough

They discontinued BIZ fast track years ago.

Can you pay at the moment you arrive for the fast track service? Cheers.

Business class is not that special

Don't forget to do your TDAC online

When u get to the big mass of people at immigration look to your left and walk 150 meters down to Exit 3. It is signposted Fast Track but most people don't go all the way down there. I flew in Bus Class on Emirates walked down to exiit 3 and walked thru fast track in 5 minutes there is hardly anyone there

I thought there was a fast track lane to the right?

@Ralph ******
yes there is but it is usually to the right of the massive crowds and so hard to get to it. I turn left and walk down to exit 3 where there is almost nobody.

Have you done your TDAC?

my experience lately has been that even if I have a half hour wait to get through immigration, I still get to the luggage carousel before my bags. and business class luggage will be first to appear. you can pay for expedited immigration service, including a golf cart to haul you there... never done it, but easy to google.

If you are at the main passport entrance there is a lane marked Thai passports and this takes you to the fast-track area to the right of the main passport queues. There are independent fast-track entrances but they told me are not for business class. Make sure you retain your boarding card.

100% correct!

Fast track and priority lane are different things for BKK. Business class does not qualify to enter the separate Fast Track immigration area for arrival immigration. You instead go to the main immigration area but before you enter the immigration corridor, veer to the right and you'll see a small sign saying Priority Lane. There's normally someone standing there checking boarding passes to make sure you qualify. Make sure you say "Business class" to them. They are used to rejecting almost everyone and don't really bother checking, so if you don't proactively tell them "business class", they'll likely just wave you to the left side for general immigration instead of letting you in the priority lane.

It is exactly the same procedure and access lane for persons who have attained the age of 70 or more.

yes that's correct

There is fast track, it is on the right hand end of the immigration queues.

@Tess *********
that's not Fast Track. That's Priority Lane. Fast Track is a completely separate immigration area nowhere near normal immigration, and business class passengers qualify for priority lane, not fast track, for arrival immigration.

Yes. Just follow the fastrack signs. Biz class is eligible

Fast Track and Priority Lane are different areas. Business class doesn't qualify for Fast Track any more for the past couple of years for arrival immigration, only exit immigration. Business class instead uses Priority Lane which is to the right of the main immigration corridor.
