Preparing documents for a Non-OA visa from California and the most frustrated part is the FBI/State criminal record clearance letter. Went to get fingerprinted and the letter received was just a print out and now we have to figure out how to get a certified letter from the state (CA) or FBI. Any advice?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to apply for a DTV visa for Thailand in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Here is the list of documents I have prepared in advance:

A recent passport photo (without a smile).

A clear passport scan.

Bank statment in English for the last six months.

Approval for managing an account in Englis.

A business license or notarized translation of the license, along with your business and personal details.

A signature confirmation for managing the business (notarized).

A copy of the main page of my site, with my website address included.

Four financial invoices translated into English.

A confirmed flight ticket.

**✅ hotel booking in vietnam

**

My Questions:

1. Should I submit everything online while I am in Vietnam, or do I need to visit the Thai Embassy in person?

2. Should I stay in Ho Chi Minh City and wait for the visa, or am I allowed to travel to other cities while it is being processed?

3. Will I receive the visa by email, or do I need to collect it physically?

4. Am I missing any documents, or is my preparation complete?

Thank you in advance for your help!
