what if i cannot get the divorce/papers before the extension runs out? i do not want to apply for another extension based on marriage (and i think he would refuse anyways) will i still be able to get the 60 day extension? this is my main concern as my ex is refusing divorce atm.

yeah this is the best outcome. i thought because i was on amnesty (and the reports on this page) that i would be forced to get the 60 day visit thai family visa first. maybe i’m just lucky.

yeah, i didn’t include the process to obtain the marriage certificate haha ... thought it would take me 3 days but it took a week and a half 🤣 but, it got done.
