What are the current procedures and timings for 90-day visa reporting in Bangkok?
90 days. To do it online, it's 15 days before and 7 days after? Or is that in person? How is the online system and 90 day queues at the moment? In Bangkok. Thanks.

15 days before and up to 7 days after in person. 15 days up until due date online, except the online system is down at the moment.

spot on...but, for clarity, the 15 days includes the due date so it is really 14 calendar days, so (for example) 24th March reporting date means that you can do online from 10th to 24th and in person until 30th (24th being day 1 of 7) .
