TLDR : Answer Summary
A foreign woman on an amnesty visa in Thailand wonders if she can marry her Thai boyfriend and obtain a marriage visa without leaving the country. Comments suggest that a valid stay is necessary to marry, and she may need a notarized letter from her embassy confirming her single status, which must then be translated and certified. To marry, she will also need to contact her local amphur for specific requirements.
okay, I got NO idea why this post made it on to the thai VISA advice group. BUT
You need an affirmation of freedom to marry notarized paper from your consulate THEN you need to get that along with the data page of your passport translated into thai, get that certified by the ministry of foreign affairs office here in thailand THEN you can go to an Amphur and register your marriage.
As it's not visa advice you're asking about post on a f/b page related to where you live in thailand and I'm sure you'll get the answers you seek
