My understanding is yes as long as she in US for years and does not leave. But think 30 days out of US non citizen spouse payments stop on both spouse and her own SS record. Trying to talk wifey into naturalization / citizenship test crap in the next couple years for this reason , cuz we outta here !
I got approved couple weeks ago. Applied end of February , heard nothing til the week of trip , end of march, when I emailed. The said hold on and visa approved in a day. GL 🙏🏽
i read something about it needing to be certified in state. I am prepared to contact state Apostle for this service . I gotta get in that actually . Then gotta be translated by approved translator .. there more steps …
Pretty sure once you get to interview stage at an embassy, the people in the building are making the discission. Granted they can research and request more info but it's my understanding the interviewer has all the power at that stage.
