ORIGINAL POSTERI submitted my application for the non-o retirement visa on March 20. I received a request for verification of funds on March 28. Since then my status has been changed to processing pending approval. I applied online to the New York Embassy. Does it usually take this long, and can I call to check if everything is ok?

This sucks. I applied to the New York embassy on Nov 6, on the 26th I changed to 'Pending Approval' and now it's Dec 11 and nothin has changed. How long is this going to take?!

ORIGINAL POSTERStrictly for U.S. passport holders-Did anyone receive a regular tourist visa (60 days) through New York Embassy AND DC Embassy recently? I thought it was nearly impossible in 2020 heck even 2021.
