So I’ve put in for the 60 day T visa with a return date several days past the 60 day mark, just like I have done in the past, and this time they are asking for proof of outbound flight within the 60 days.

I’ve got all of the previous 30 day extensions documents but for some reason I feel like I should just pick up an onward ticket for the $15 and submit that instead.

Anyone try and succeed in receiving the 60 day visa by showing the original flights and proof of previous extensions after getting the letter requesting the additional flight info?

How long does the process typically take to get your visa when you send it in to the embassy? If I overnight it on Monday the 4th, think it’s enough time if I fly Thursday the 14th? I live in NJ and applied to the NYC consulate.

Do I also need to apply for a COE?

1. Med certificate within what time frame of applying for OA

2. Medical certificate by USA. Doctor

3. Copy of 6 months checking savings showing monthly funds , need bank guarantee ,

4 police report is state local of Federal required?

US citizen looking to get a METV in a few months. NYC is the closest Consulate to me, are the requirements on their site accurate?
