But in Cambodia the third world country feeling is real.

Bad infrastructure. No nice beaches exept on the islands. But then again very bad infrastructure on the islands. Not even ATM machines.

Cities like Siem Reap or PP hot and dusty.

Expensive unless you eat fried rice and drink draft beer

It's just not convenient as Thailand.

You said thais need to own 51% of the condo. But you can own a condo 100%

But the quota of the whole building needs to be more thais than foreigner.

If there are 10 condos in the building 6 condos needs to be owned by Thais 4 can be owned by foreigners 100%

No thais need to own 51% of the building 49% of the condos can be owned by foreigners and in their name
