yes I pay that too. 30b it is for the text messaging service.

Anytime you make a transaction you will get a text message.

Not sure if you can say you don't want messages a d don't have to pay

I use BKK bank too. If you have online service using phone with the app, messages it costs 30b a month.you can see it in the text message they write

Good for you if you feel different. It's just all about money. If you have money... no issues in Thailand.

But if you want to use the visa exemption policy for living in Thailand yes you have an issue.

I know. I wanted to love Cambodia more than Thailand for said visa reasons. I had 6 months EG visa. Because Thailand does not really appreciate tourists. They make it hard for us to stay. Cambodia does not.

But what Cambodia has to offer they destroyed. Left is big dirty cities not much nature and poluted sea😰

Khmers are more friendly than Thais imo. But the country really is not developped to the point I really feel comfortable. And the only thing would compensate the beautiful nature they destroyed.

Yes the only benefit I see is it's much easier getting the visa.

But that's really it.

Otherwise it is really a s...hole compared to Thailand.

I am from Switzerland. I don't really miss much when I am i Thailand.

But Cambodia is an adventure. Cowboy life ok. But I don't want it always.

Dude I was staying in Cambodia for 10 months during Covid time.

Yeah if you like the cowboy life it is good.

No water pipes. You need to dig a well.

No garbage truck coming. You have to burn the garbage.

Some small markets.

I can go to Big C in Thailand and buy 2lbs of potatoes for 50b

Cambodia 5USD for 2 lbs.

Most items are imported from Thailand and much more expensive.

It would be a beautiful country but they destroyed it. Almost no trees.

Cities like PP or Siem Reap don't even have condos same like Pattaya or BKK.

You can rent a condo with nice big pool. And green area to relax.

You will not find in Cambodia.

Beaches dirty and smell bad.

Koh Kong is the most beautiful area I have seen in Cambodia. But the sea is poluted.

Sihanukville, Kampot same.

Garbage all over the place in some nice nature enviroment.

I have travelled all over the country.

I know what I am talking about.

I couldn't care less about opening a shop
