DTV and online business issue

Hello, I have a quick question.

I have an e-commerce online and I sell worldwide. Sometimes it happens that some thai people buy through my website or social media. Not many, but technically everyone can find my store and place an order.

I know I can’t sell to thai people on DTV, but the thing is that I can’t even block them from doing it...

By the way, my team can ship from Europe to Thailand. It’s not a task that I personally do, but the business is in my name. I don’t sell digital products so we send everything via international couriers. Money always comes on my business bank account.

How can I solve this issue?

Preferably if you have experience from Spain specifically or Europe.

I would like to ship a luggage from Thailand to the UK. Any recommendations for a company that would do this for a reasonable price?

Not visa related but moving to Thailand related:

Any suggestions on cheapest way to send large excess luggage and boxes from Cyprus to Thailand? Post or otherwise? And does it get delivered to your door or pick up at airline or port?

UPS has notified me i need to show at 120 Years Building and register as an import agent or get an import license just to get a 2 Ib package of 40 personal single use eye drops, 2 boxes of just for men, and 2 UV BLOCKER sets of armsleeves my nephew sent me from my apartment in LA. Please, somebody who’s been though this, send the quickest most stress free method of navigating this. BESIDES Thai Customs, UPS is also trying to get paid extra in this process. I had no idea having a small box of personal provisions was gonna come to this. And if i choose to just not bother with this and walk away from less than $70 us worth of stuff, UPS’ charge is nearly $300 to “destroy” the package. You talk about a Catch-22!!! What does an Import License even cost, never mind there’s MORE steps to follow just to get this small quantity of my own personal hygiene products in hand.

Sorry if this is not completely on topic but has anyone ever moved freight from Los Angeles to Bangkok? I'm looking at shipping companies and there's so many options. I'm only looking to move about 1 pallet maybe 1.25m high. Any ballpark ideas how much that would cost if I drop it off at the depot/ port? I would appreciate any shipping company recs if possible, thank you :)
