If I am going on a visa exemption can I still apply for covid extention?

And what if I come with a 60 day visa. Can I apply for covid extention after the 60 days or is covid extention only for people entered with visa exemption?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the possibility of applying for a COVID extension if entering Thailand on a visa exemption or a 60-day visa. Comments confirm that a COVID extension was granted for TR visa holders previously, but there is uncertainty regarding the current availability of COVID extensions. Additionally, there is a mention of a potential 30-day extension for TR visa holders after the initial 60 days.

After 60 days for TR visa you can apply for a 30 day extension. Thats nearly 3 months.

At the moment unable to fly due to covid are due to expire late november whether or not that will be extended nobody know.

I am guessing Thai Authorities will be seeing how many tourists come in before that date and other stuff.

Dates you are talking are next year i think highly unlikely but you never know
