- you keep connecting it to the 90 day report, that's your error. They do want to see our money in the bank after 90 days from the issue of the extension.

In our case at the 1st 90 days, as is the case for the op, we do have to do the 90 day reporting, and show our funds. He may have to as well, he did ask after all.
