TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the current mask mandates in Thailand, particularly in areas like Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Users discuss their experiences with mask-wearing, expressing varying opinions about compliance and enforcement. While some claim that masks are strictly required in public places, others note that tourists sometimes disregard the rules. There's also mention of health concerns related to local air quality and ongoing construction, with advice on wearing masks in these situations.

Need a mask everywhere in Bangkok. I was just stopped by cops on an empty street as my mask under my nose.

For those who trust their own immune power. Yes, and now the population at large here can start using their helmets and their head when riding their bikes and shed their masks. 😇ðŸĪŠ and smile again.

ithink a good shower would go a long way to clearing it away. Also the unsafe practices, not wetting surfaces and not vacuuming. I usually wear my mask around lenkee and pothole. Should be cleaned up by then as these businesses want to get busy.
