We are going to Jomtien tomorrow to renew our retirement extensions. We also want to get a reentry stamp. Is there a form for that, or anything else we need besides 1000 baht?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew your retirement extension and obtain a reentry stamp while in Jomtien, you will need to fill out a TM8 form at the immigration office. The cost for a single reentry permit is 1,000 baht, and if you prefer a multiple entry permit, it will cost 3,800 baht.

I just looked at the form online and it appears we need another photo for that application. Will we also need the usual copies from our passports?
