I did find a solution. It's down below. Thank you

Hello. I haven't been on here for a while.

I hope you can help me. I am trying to create an online account in order to apply for an e-visa. I have created an account online, and the system sends me a verification email as shown below. When I click the link, it takes me to the website and says:

The email verification link has not valid. If you typed in the address manually, please check to make sure everything is spelled correctly.

No matter how many times I try, no matter how many new links it gives me, it always gives me this message. Can you please advise what is wrong, how do I get past this so I can apply for an e-visa?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with the email verification link for their Thai e-visa registration, which consistently returns an error stating that the link is not valid. Various community comments suggest potential solutions including trying different web browsers, clearing cookies and history, resetting the password, and checking if the email address includes special characters that may cause rejection.

Note Scam or Spyware. Any message that requires extra steps rather than just stating the question is most likely “scam” related.

- what are you talking about dolt? Can I call you dolt?

just say what it is, don’t request people’s email. Providing emails through social media is very unwise considering the region we are in, so many scammers in surrounding countries including Russia that only care to get your personal & financial information.

Has everyone else who created an account received a similar verification email? Did it work just fine for you?

wouldn't accept my email addresses either as the developer have built in crude word and TLD filters to prevent certain things. Basically they are idiots.....

- well, at least they should tell us why it's being rejected.

OK, I found my solution. I created another email address, then another account and the link worked fine. I don't particularly want another email, but it works.

Clear your history and cookies once you get a corrupt file and you want to open a new same file it remembers you been there and goes to the corrupt one. Worth a try

Try to recover your password. Change it and then try again.

- I have done that. I use the new password and it sends a new verification email. Same result.

Try copying the link and pasting it in a different browser like Firefox.
