I can be a knucklehead and am forgetful at times when it comes to things like this for myself. I empathize with you, and only made that "note" to myself, and others here, regarding our own planning for ourselves. I hope you understand it was not a criticism of you. You're fooling yourself and PMplaying with fire. If you have a serious heart condition, want to live longer, and have emergency treatments available to you, you must live close to a Cardiac Center, period. That or hire a Cardiologist and a Cardiac Surgeon to be at your side 24 hours a day, after building a fully functional Heart Cath/EPS lab, and Cardio-Thoracic Surgical Suite at your home.
