What Visa news? Seems all will stay as is except for the new Long Stay. O/A insurance coverage might go down i hear but nothing confirmed as of yet. Maybe by the 3rd... but who knows. Entry tourist tax is set though....555

you can also have used Adobe Scan. It is a free app for basic usage. Then you can share it with whomever. Just FYI if a flat bed or printer scanner is jot available.

How can I nullify a previous will made in Thailand without making a new one?

John-Paul ******

Write, date, and have it witnessed a new Will and post it to yourself registered with delivery confirmation. Also have it notarized by your embassy or consulate. That should be enough to void the original Will. Furthermore... what in all that is Holy where you thinking in the first place?! Even in the west we would keep the contents of a Will private even of its existence. Don't share!

but as i said entering on an expired thai passport will not be an issue. Also it will not take 45 + 30 if arriving on US passport to renew the Thai one.. but enter on expired thia for sure!

Expired Thai passport will work for entry but as she has a US passport.... what is the issue. On the latter she will get now 45 days. Then once in country... renew thai passport. But expired thai passport will be good for entry into Thai.
