Can one change a Non 0 retirement due to expire next month... money is not a factor... to a Non O volunteer at time if present Visa expiration? Frankly I am bored and want to do something worthwhile rather tha sitting around but  want follow the "no work rule" on retirement extension... hence the switch. It is a serious position as. Chief consultant for high viability NGO (501 C3) locally. 

Any advise or procedures to follow is requested. Or if anyone knows of agency that handles this?
