My Non O at the LA consulate took 3 days recently. They didn't ask for anything additional though. My bank account was just one page that when I log on happens to show 3 months worth of data, interest and a running total on one page. I did add another page that showed my name tied to that account number.

I had this last night when making a few selections from the drop down boxes while applying for Non O Visa. I was able to just wait until the selection populated. Took a few minutes sometimes.

Business class can also go through the priority immigration lanes to the right of regular lanes. Show your ticket to the attendant near the main walkway. Helpful in all regards IMO.

Jim Jolley So no Thai woman with a American bf will every be allowed a tourist visa even if she has a high paying job, a savings, home, family to take care of in thailand.. ?? They ask for the applicants social media these days. If there is an American boyfriend you think it's impossible to get a tourist visa? Did your gf have a job with high pay?

I arrive on a business class ticket and used the special lanes. Not a single question, where as a few previous visa exempt entries were getting a little pushback. The very next entry was normal lanes after a 5 day trip to penang with my gf. I was denied, even though I had a flight back to my home country in two weeks. IMO business class gets less scrutiny. YMMV.

Andi Traveller how would the bank know? I've had a bank account for 8 years that I originally got while on a visa exempt stamp and only have come in about 170 days a year on stamps.

BKK. Probably 15 years ago for one and the other maybe 7 years. Not recent, so maybe things have changed...?

Greg Alexander I've had two one day overstays, paid 500 baht each time. No overstay stamp in my passport.

Usually a one day overstay will pay a 500 baht fine just after immigration. Over 20 years and probably 50 visits I maybe had two one day overstays. I think both just paid the fine, but no record of it in my passport. Using automatic exit gates now I wonder what would happen..? 😅
