these are the sort of farangs who spend 30$ a day in Thailand and think they bought the country. The problem is that Thailand has been far too lenient and accepting. No one wants them back home and they come here to dictate terms to the Thai. They think Thailand are poor and can't even afford food and shelter

99% expats here are saxpats. They meet girls in bars, and the girls they meet don't go to university. And University educated gals don't fall for farang men, they already have a lot of options in the Thai society. 99% women will marry into their culture and country ONLY. There should be a website with a list of all such nasty home owners in Thailand.

We all learn from mistakes. However you can make life hell for him and others in the neighbourhood (while still being legal) in the last month.
