TLDR : Answer Summary
Thailand offers a rich variety of dining options, from street food stalls to upscale restaurants. Notable mentions include Wok Star Express, Oriental Infusions, and Night Market in Krabi Town for street food lovers. For fine dining, Café des Amis in Phuket and Eat Me Restaurant in Bangkok are highly recommended. Southern Thailand's street food, especially in areas like Soi 24 Pattanakarn Road, and local favorites like Choongman Chicken in Korean Town BKK provide excellent dining experiences. Overall, exploring local eateries and markets is part of the adventure in discovering Thailand's culinary scene.

Any corner for street food. Chatuchak (SP) is a good place for that.

River Tree House (north of Nonthaburi). Very reasonable price for an extraordinary riverside gourmet experience. Great wine selection. Hard to find ( 🙂 🙂).

Unfortunately the decline in revenue due to covid has had a bad effect on the quality of food most everywhere.

My Thai wife myself and her family have also noticed.

You just have to try around. So many places have closed.

Depends where you are.
