yes I understand. What i meant, as I never apply for extension, if they question the purpose of extension if I just state that i am a tourist or can just honestly say that want to spend more time with my child. Could not apply for family visa at this time because I just recieve new passport

I am on Thai birthday certificate as father and my daughter have my surname. I will ask on embassy in UK and immigration in Thailand. Thanks

our daughter was born in UK and I am on the birth certificate. But if I remember correctly I had to sign document on Thai embassy that if we not live together I will not fight for her as she is Thai child. And what about the UK driving licence used as proof of address in UK, instead of Bill. Or can rent payment be used as well. Thanks
