Nick Cartwright Then you are very clever in use of money, my experience is for 2 persons(my Thai wife and me)

We also have a car, motorbike and a house and eat often in restaurants, if you drop the car and motorbike and the house and Insted rent a small condo and make your own food, 50 to 60 000 baht each month maybe enough.

You must calculate with around minimum 3000 baht each day or around 90 to 100 000 baht a month. And remember its not specially comfortable to stay in Thailand from April to end October, very hot and rainy. I recommend not stay permanently, only stay for around 5 months from around 1.november until 1.april.
