📍Ask the agent or owner to register you online for TM30(start date of stay and when it will end—just base on your room contract)and ask for the copy of the TM30 receipt.

📍If they can’t do it, then ask them to hand you a hard copy of the rental contract, ID copy of the owner, copy of House Registration book(tabien baan) ALL MUST BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER.

Then you go visit the

and register yourself. make sure get the receipt just wait couple of minutes and it will show receipt is ready to download…..

There's some agents who does everything just give your passport and your picture for the forms. then they will do the rest... we will apply for it next month by agent .will let you know if it's approved/legit/or scam.. fingers crossed..

i holding a a student visa for 1 years now .. If I will apply for DTV wouldn't it be questionable for them seeing I was already living in Thailand for 2 yrs ?

hello do you live in Bangkok? while having an ED visa do you have to report 90days notification at the immigration as well? and if you want to go travel outside thailand do still need re entry visa? (just asking because my friend have the same visa)
