Because I only have foreign income from foreign customers who pay on an foreign bank account I only have to pay taxes on the very small amount that I transfer to TH. If I only use ATM machines to reach for my money I don't even have to pay taxes on those. That's why I wanna pay taxes in Thailand.

I don't wanna work in Thailand I'm a freelancer with only foreign income and just wanna pay taxes there. That's what DTV is for ;)

the thing for me is that I would like to pay taxes in TH and not VN and therefore have to stay there (TH) more then 180 days a year.
