if you had an appointment on 25 February 2025 to pay NIS ₪1,500.- Shekels in Cash at the Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv, then 7 Working Days from 26 February 2025 would be 6 March 2025
Did you directly contact the Thai Embassy in Tel Aviv again to inquiry about the current status of your DTV E–Visa application??
for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), the following are classified as eligible "dependants" and qualify to get a DTV Visa under the "Dependant" category of the DTV:
1.) a legal spouse as evidenced by a Marriage Certificate;
2.) Children under the age of 20 as evidenced by the main DTV Visa Holder listed as a Parent on the child's Birth Certificate or Adoption Decree
This is very true and good advice, but for the most populous country in the world and host to the 2nd/3rd highest number of Thai Consulates (less than China and as many as in the USA), it would be nice to have more 'on the ground' info about getting Thai E–Visas in India....
among over 1.4 billion people, there should be more and plenty of people obtaining Thai E–Visas, notwithstanding language and economic barriers....
Proof of funds seasoning ( 500k Baht or however much the amount the specific Thai Embassy/Consulate stipulates) is discretionary depending on the specific Thai Embassy/Consulate where a DTV E–Visa application was submitted at.
Now, for DTV Extensions within Thailand at your local Thai Immigration Office, there is the very recent Immigration Bureau Order #
******
(2025), dated 13 January 2025, that stipulates a Full 30 Days prior to the DTV Extension application date.
This is the 2nd DTV Extension Rejection known to be reported in this FB Group....
The other DTV Extension Rejection was also at Bangkok Immigration (ตม. 1/Division 1)....that other Rejection was given after an Under Consideration (u/c) Stamp was given, but later told that the DTV Extension request was Rejected and the DTV Visa Holder just did a Border Bounce to get a fresh 180 days stay on their DTV....
Yes, airlines offer additional services for Unaccompanied Minors and no issues with Entry into Thailand.
Personally, I would choose an airline that has a direct from New York (JFK), connecting somewhere only once, then direct into Bangkok (BKK). Some airlines that come to mind are: ANA at HND, Asiana at ICN, EVA at TPE, Korean at ICN, China Airlines (CI) at TPE, Japan at HND, Emirates at DXB, Qatar at DOH, Turkish at IST, Etihad at AUH ....
All these major airlines have Unaccompanied Minor Service, but contact them for cost....
well, most likely no, because have yet to hear of any embassy/consulate of any country around the world that does normal, regular, routine work on weekends....
