I am older than 76 no pre existing conditions. Have Cigna via aa insure. AA insure has offices in hua hun Pattaya and bangkok. Pay much less than 900 a month.

The landlord has to file the 90 days . Did it wrong. No problem now but maybe in the future. Just wait untill next 90 days has to be filed and take care that has the correct adres.

800.000 thai bank. Do not worry thai banks are ok. Have three thai bank accounts ten years already. Never had a probleem of you choose a big ons. Fi krungthai, krijgsroem bank, Bangkok bank, kasikorn bank
