I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.

A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late

B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?

C) Can this be done online? Got links?

PS, I use Pattaya's immigration office.

I am on Non-Immigrant "B" visa. I missed my 90 days report last month. My visa is valid until 31 March 2026. Should I go to the Immigration, file the 90 days report late and pay the 2000 baht fine or can I ignore it?

I have delayed tm30 registration 3 weeks since arrival. Chonburi immigration wants 1600 baht fine. Ive heard it can be twice less, perhaps in another province.

But what if i dont do registration and exit the country without visa extension, can i avoid paying a fine?

Got a mate who is 4 weeks late on his 90 day reporting. He's going tomorrow. What might he expect? EDIT: This is 90 day reporting as stated before. Not overstay. Read that again. :)

My non-b was renewed on this day August 23.. but Pathun Thani immigration is demanding 2,000 baht fine for going over 90 day report. There argument is that I arrived on July 31 and that’s over 3 months. Doesn’t a visa renewal count as a 90 day report?

Hi there, is the 90 day report still done at MTT? I just found my slip and realised I'm almost a month over, I thought I'd had another one done at the same time I got my visa so I calculated from that date which was wrong. Does the fine stay the same no matter what? 5 years here and my first slip up, kicking myself.

Thanks for your help

Hi, I know a person on overstay, nearly one year. I try to convince him to go to immigration with 20K and get a Covid extension on Friday. Its that the best solution?
