Your in Bangkok so have a word with your landlord and arrange for them to do the tm30 for you, also if the landlord is happy for you to do that then please ask him for the paperwork and the password to do it yourself

no need for him to have a copy of the tm30 on him, until he goes back to immigration, but it's his landlord who is responsible to ensure that they have done it even if its his girlfriend who owns the property or it's down to the owner

You are getting confused with the new rules for the tax residency ie if you have stayed in the country for 180 days you will be required to pay the government some taxes 😉 🙄 😀 🤣
