I provided a screenshot of my chase account on my computer. I did print screen and printed to pdf.

It shows the date, the balance, my name and the last 4 numbers of the account. This was accepted with any problems by LA Royal Thai Consulate-General Los Angeles.

Yes, the tax return was asked for on the second round. It’s not on the original application.

The computer seems to run the show.

It rejected my screen shoot from my mobile bank app that has bank name, my name, date and balance.

I sent a print screen printed to pdf that has the same information today. I used my laptop…..

Hopefully the computer can read that.

This is not the first report of name error between the passport data page and the boxes for entering your name.

Last week a guy reported a zero being substituted for an O .

The machine could not read my passport data page and I’m asked to resubmit that document.

So maybe the problem is with their scanning the passport data page.
