Is the DTV visa in Thailand available for up to 5 years based on a work contract or is it dependent on the officer's discretion?
Is DTV available up to 5 years depending on our work contract with external company and how much assets? Or depends just on the officer’s mood? 🌈

It’s for 180 days entry each time until the 5 year date ends. I’m not sure how extensions will work .Maybe 30 days?

Extensions are 180 days and one extension per entry. So you could do 360 days consecutively in Thailand.Cliff *********

It is only available as a 5 years visa. You either get it for 5 years or nothing.
