TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the complexities of land ownership for foreigners in Thailand, emphasizing that direct ownership is not possible without a Thai partner or through a company. Various comments suggest consulting reputable sources, including legal experts, to navigate this issue effectively. there is such a group, and it is called Google. try inserting a statement such as foreigners owning land in Thailand, and I think it will answer you. (before all the complaints from those who live to answer such questions, remember, "teaching them to fish, rather than....)
thank you for your kind reply. All I could find on Facebook was people selling real estate. I had hope that experts such as yourself had some useful to say. Kap
"experts" here, and those who think of themselves as "experts", can often offer inaccurate advice or advice that is contradictory to other "experts" posting. Which to believe? On google you can find reputable sources that will lay it out for you.

There was a good article about this in yesterday's Thaiger
that's right. Foreigners can buy condo as long as the project has foreigner quota left. It's about 49% foreigner and 51% thai ownership if i remember correctly. The reason is no one actually owns the condo even if its your name on the deed. Its "co-owned" with the developer
