the monthly income seems like it’ll be easy to live off but when you factor in school tuition it’s going to drain you.. and they’ll have to go to physical school to qualify for the visa. I can forward a few lawyers contact info to you if you’d like. 

The first post by the moderator says it all.. there’s more bad news that could be added to that like how limited the jobs legally available to foreigners are here but I think you should get the point. Thailand is not as cheap and easy as TikTok videos make it seem.

Yeah, after January 1st it starts over.. 2 visa exempt entries per year

just online you can take a screen shot of the verification number they give at the end to be safe but it’s in their computer so they can see if you’ve done it or not

I doubt they would say something like that seeing how that’s usually their requirement.

No one can really say it’s up to the immigration person you get and if they are in a good mood or not.. you might be able to enter if you have a returning flight that you can show them.. they are a lot stricter at the boarders especially with people that used their 30 day extensions.. they just don’t want stuff like what you were doing, living here without a visa.. it’s bit easier at the airport vs. crossing by land. it’s worth a try I guess. I opened mine with non-o marriage at krungthai I did need a pink card but that was easy to get.. and the yellow book but I believe you can get a paper from immigration in place of that.

You really shouldn’t have any problems at all.

Every area has different requirements.. you’ll definitely need to go into your local office and they can give you a list of exactly what they want. If there’s anything to fill out they’ll give it to you then so you can fill it out and bring it back when you have everything
