You should be able to get a tourist visa from a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate. Go to their website and follow the requirements.

No one can really say it’s up to the immigration person you get and if they are in a good mood or not.. you might be able to enter if you have a returning flight that you can show them.. they are a lot stricter at the boarders especially with people that used their 30 day extensions.. they just don’t want stuff like what you were doing, living here without a visa.. it’s bit easier at the airport vs. crossing by land. it’s worth a try I guess. If you've been denied entry then who knows how long you might need to wait. A ling time if you haven't gone back to your home country. You could try contacting one of the safe entry providers and see if they can get you in, but if they can it will cost

Based on what you describe, there is no formal waiting period you must observe before entering Thailand again. Thai immigration does not operate with a fixed rule saying you must wait X days after using a 60 days visa exemption plus a 30 days extension. What matters in practice is your overall travel pattern and total time spent in Thailand within a cycle, not simply the number of entries or extensions and at 180 days, you are already at the upper end of that sliding scale. In your case, you had two separate stays, each followed by a return to your country of origin, and no continuous stay or border bounce behavior. That generally still falls within what immigration views as ordinary tourist use of the visa exemption system itself. If you are returning briefly to collect belongings, that further supports a legitimate purpose. Explain your situation and show and onward ticket within a couple of days if you’re asked. As always, the final decision rests with the IO you stand in front of, but nothing in your described history suggests a mandatory wait or automatic issue. In any case, you do not have time to apply for a visa now, so the alternative would be to use a safe entry service through an agent at the airport.
