Yes if you exit and recenter Thailand you’ll be stamped back in for 1 year as long as you have insurance for a second full year so if you have 6 months insurance you’ll get 6 months once you get your bank account sorted you might want to switch to a non-o as no insurance,medical statements or police reports so on your 3 year you’ll need to show funds in Thailand
