I have a question about my first 90 day report:

Do I have to get it done in the immigration office where I got my Visa? I got my Visa in Buriram, but I live in Bangkok. Do I need to go to Buriram again for my first 90 day report?

Facts: I have lived in Thailand for several years. In March, I did an online 90-day report for the first time. I left Thailand for 3 weeks in April. Today I received an automated notice that I have to do a 90-day report by June 16.

Question: can I safely ignore the automated notice, or do I have to submit a 90-day report per the notice, even though I've been back in Thailand for only 1 month?

Do I need to do 90 days report while holding Ed Visa and the office didn’t put the white paper notice in my passport? Thank you in advance 🙏

Hi, can someone who knows for sure whether or not people on the 60 days covid extension have to also do the 90 days report ( TM47) ? I was not asked to do this when I was at Samui Immigration for my extension however, my friends here on Koh Phangan at the new Immigration office here were told that they had to do it. This is very confusing and seems redundant as we would be essentially be coming back in 60 days anyway to apply for another extension ( if still allowed). Clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi all. I am 3 weeks past when I should have reported my last 90 days. On a non immi B visa, my job never told me I had to do this and my previous company just did it for me automatically so didn’t know I needed to do this. Will I still be able to report online even though it’s late and are there late fees associated with this kind of thing? Thanks in advance.

Hi there. Apologies if question been asked lots already. I have to do the first 30 day report for my children on education visas. I have read on here first report at immigration then can be done on line. Am wondering what my landlord needs to do with the form if anything(TM47?) and also if it needs to be done on exact day or 15 days before and not more than 7 days after which I have read. Many thanks

As predicted here, the option of a multi-entry, non-imm O visa (over 50, retirement) is no longer available at the London Embassy. I am now looking into a multi-entry, non-imm O-A visa instead.

I have a couple of questions. If I left Thailand every 90 days, would I be excused the 90 day reporting requirement? At what point would I need to buy a multiple re-entry permit for my second year, on my last exit of my first year, or can I buy it in advance?

I’m getting mixed information and hope you all can offer some worthy advise. 🙂 We’ve only been here a couple months and just getting our feet wet.

My wife and I just returned from Hanoi with our ED Visas, stamped for 90 days. I gave a copy of our Visas immediately upon our return to our Landlord. He stated that he can report our stay and update our status to immigration.

I then get information from our language school that we should have reported in person to immigration within 24 hours of landing back in CR. They stated that even though our landlord reported us in the system, we still need to go to immigration in person.

I’ve searched the immigration websites for over an hour now with no conclusion, so just thought I’d throw this out here for some thoughts/input. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Thank you all in advance!

Hello-

I got my O-A multiple entry based on over 50 yrs

My husband is 49and received a O visa multiple entry and is required to report at border every 90 days.

We understand that he is able to apply for a “follow” visa and as a dependent, then he will not have to report at border / do visa run.

We are in Thailand now for 3 months and just returned from visa run and reported again to immigration. He will turn 50 end of November.

Question- if we apply for the follow visa for him, will this visa be valid even though he turns 50 at end of year? Or will he have to apply for O-A as he will be 50 years old and he is no longer eligible to hold a follow visa? Thanks for your insights!
