yes if you don’t have all 5 stamps on you International licence you will not be allowed and insurance will not cover you but the stupid police only look at photos. I was showing them mine and it was a year out of date. Then did my Thai one

yep and all that sits on it. 1 st rule in Thailand don’t build a house but if you do arrange a lease so you can live there until you die.

So if your 60 have her sign a 30 year lease so you live there rent free and she can’t sell it

no you can’t own a house because it sits on land that has to be owned 51% by a Thai.

My condo block is owned 51% Thai and 49% ferlang so some condos are one or the other
